I've since decided to look else where for cemetery spaces.

Don't listen to any bad things about this place not true this place has the nicest grounds crew and office people it's well kept up it peaceful and beautiful they have helped me in every which way I don't know what I would have done after losing my father with out them thank you some much !!

Later in June I noticed a lot of veteran graves had flags and wanted to get one for my Uncle. Again I went to the office. Again, there wasn't anyone there to help except for one person. This time it was a guy who was standing at the front desk surrounded by a group of people all yelling at him. The guy looked a little afraid. He kept apologizing that so and so wasn't available and something about people not returning calls. I used the restroom, and when I came out, these people were still yelling about work not being done and no one calling them back. I didn't bother to get a flag, I just left.

My family is buried at Acacia Park and sometimes the flat stones have a tendency to sink. All you have to do is go to the office and ask for a raise and level and they will send someone out to complete it. My Aunt visited the graves and was very happy with the grounds graces and their appearance. My wife and I have a monument to hold outs and her aunts ashes. My wife's Aunt only had a black and white photo for her cameo. Since my wife and her Aunt are Asian the cemetery staff viewed the similarities to make the black and white photo into color and make it more life like without being asked. It looks amazing! Any problems you may have just go to the front office and they will do their best to fix it.

Ground guys are so great and helpful !! Didn't even have to ask they stopped and asked if I needed help can brought me right to my grandparents and uncles grave site!!

Iv'e been visiting this cemetery for a lot of years. The office people are really great when helping me or my family with our concerns. The grounds crew are very helpful and friendly also. Iv'e seen a lot of things over the years some good and some bad but you learn to except it as work in progress. It all takes time.

Maybe this place needs to hire MORE people if they have so many complaints or maybe they need to hire NEW people.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews for places, but this cemetery is really sad. I was telling this to my neighbor who also has family buried there and she went on and on telling me how she wanted her parent's stone raised a year ago and nothing has been done, and no one calls her back. A year ago??? That's just terrible customer service!!

My Aunt and Uncle are buried here and there was a time I was thinking of buying a space but not anymore. The park itself is relatively pretty. It's vast and has some nice monuments throughout, but the customer service is terrible. I went into the office in May to look up some friends of the family that are buried there. A woman greeted me and said she'd get someone to help me. Apparently no one was in the building except her and a guy who was seated behind her who was on the phone. She seemed a little flustered that there wasn't anyone around, but she was kind enough to look up the information and provide me with a map. As I drove back to the section they were buried I noticed a few sections that were looking rather poorly.. like the grass hadn't been cut in some time. As I kept driving, I saw one of the workers in a green tractor with his feet up under a tree. Guess he didn't have anything to do??
