Would be zero stars....miserable office staff...one in particular. No people skills whatsoever. PA is nice but doesnt really matter when you cant stand calling the office about anything and get a really unprofessional, miserable woman at the other end of the line.

Dr.Ross is a good doctor but her office staff.... Erica, Sharon and NP Debora are ignorant, judgemental and extremely unprofessional. After being spoken to rudely multiple times, my husband and I still stuck around for Dr. Ross's sake but no more. The staff is very disrespectful.
