When called they were courteous and gave an estimated time to be there. They arrived on time and the service was great. They even came back right away when asked as there was another problem connected to the first one and they fixed it right away with no complaints. I will definitely recommend them.
Very impressed with the quality of materials, and work. Fair price. I will use them again if I gave any plumbing issues.
Terrible customer service, if I could give them negative stars I would. Called 15 days ago, Owner came out was very informative and told me to give him a day while he contacted the city. I gave him 7 days. I called and was told they are busy, I reminded them that common courtesy requires a phone call. Still haven't had a call to schedule the work that I need. I guess they are so busy they don't need my money. Don't waste your time with this company, they obviously don't understand customer service, and word of mouth drives a small, local business.

Basement bathroom was backed up so gave Grand-Jude a call. Plumbers showed up quickly but determined it was the main around the corner when they saw town workers. They informed me of such and shook my hand. They told me to call them if any problems after the town works the drain. No charge. Just polite, friendly, and courteous guys who are doing a good job. They could have snaked my drain to no avail but did the right thing. I'll call them again.
