Sept 2.2017 Used this tour company for afternoon tour to Canada side of Falls.They picked us up at our campground on time. Took us to American side of Falls and transferred us to a NASTY,RUSTY VAN. Seats taped up etc.We crossed into Canada. Instead of stopping while it was daylight for pictures etc around Falls we were hauled out to look at vineyards etc. A total waste of 2 plus hours. We then went to go under Falls. Guide got us there and got us in .Told us to meet him back at drop off point in a hour.Four people from our group failed to return. Rest of us were taken back to van to wait,2.5 hrs later he found them. Guide should stay with group. That is why you take a tour because you have no idea where to go etc. Finally got back home about 1am. This Tour company is TERRIBLE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Only reason they got one star was I had to choose one.
Worst rip-off ever! You can buy the cheap Jetblue tickets on your own and either rent a car in Buffalo or let one of the many driver services give you a lift, also to Canadian side. Go there on your own, it will save you money and nerves and avoid your family being hecticly stressed through everything and forced into souvenirshops!
Be warned, these are walking tours, they don't mention that. We went to almost the exact same places the day before, could have saved $150 by parking ourselves and buying tickets at the locations. The whole Niagra experience is not very handicap friendly.
Was told it was a 4 hour tour. Was picked up at campground at 9am, did not get back until 4:15 pm. Only reason we did this tour was because we were told it was 4 hrs long. We had our 10 month old puppy in our RV, figured that would work ok. Needless to say, we were gone much longer. We had several handicapped people on our tour, totally too much walking for them. Tour not really set up for handicapped people, really slowed down the rest of the group.
Jim was an amazing tour guide. Full of ideas and helpful suggestions. We had a wonderful time in Niagara Falls because we saw and did things we normally would not have and it was seamless. Great Job.
