I ordered a table and chair set and within a week I got a call saying that it was in stock and ready to be delivered. However, a box of chairs looked like it had been damaged, so the salesperson (the same I had talked with at the store) said that he would reorder those and delivery them free of charge. The delivery was quick and smooth, and the delivery people were very friendly.
The only major downside to this place is its location. It took 3 attempts to try to find this place which is not well marked. It is in the back of several buildings as well as a storage facility, and it's not very well marked. Once found, however, it is a somewhat large place with very friendly people and many different options for furniture.
I found a few things I liked, and when I went to talk to the employee I'd met at the door, he was able to give me plenty of information about them and even knew most of the prices off the top of his head.
iam not interested to give single star...because sale associate not good my experience was very bad..first time i went i booked one sofa after three day they called me that sofa is not available ..next day we called evening store time he said 7 we reached 5.45 .. asked that person ok give to me that piece he said too cost its almost used like because its model piece he is not reduce the rate ..so i said ok we see another he said ok u can watch i will come return within 10 min ..i saw one and and decided but that one i call him many time he said 5 min ,2min.....after one hr he is not come back so i just see the reception person we cancel the order i got so mad..so i want my money back ..she go and convey him after that he came ..finally i canceled that order ..my self i am not recommended this shop..this my first worst experience in my life...
This place has a decent-sized warehouse full of a variety of furniture options. I was only looking for a dining set, but there were plenty of couches, beds, mattresses, shelving units, and on and on to look at as well. We were met at the front door by an employee who explained that he wouldn't follow us around but that nearly everything in the store had multiple options for color, arrangement, and size. It was nice to go through the store without having a salesperson hovering over us.
